General Information

             Keren Properties has been around for over 13 years, but it has not always been
             know as Keren Properties. Keren Properties started out as one mans dream
             to own property. It all started out with a couple credit cards and one property.
             This dream had grown to over 20 properties at one time but is now down to 12
             properties. Keren Properties have gone from 2 units to over 120 units
             in the last 13 years.

             You will often see the the owner, David Keren, out on one of his properties
             raking or cleaning up garbage. You may even see him painting or doing some plumbing
             work. Most of David's work, however, is done behind the scenes.

             There are two other members of Keren Properties, in Service we have Duane,
             and as the manager of our 30 unit building located at 1855 Cambridge Ave is Mandy.
             Plus, we have a regular carpet cleaner, painter and plumber.
