Keren
Properties has been around for over 15 years, but it has not always been
know
as Keren Properties. Keren Properties started out as one mans dream
to own
property. It all started out with a couple credit cards and one property.
This
dream had grown to over 20 properties at one time but is now down to 13
properties. Keren Properties have gone from 2 units to over 120 units
in the
last 15 years.
You will often see the owner, David Keren, out on one of his properties
raking
or cleaning up garbage. You may even see him painting or doing some plumbing
work.
Most of David's work, however, is done behind the scenes.

would like to have you sign, at least, a one year Lease.
First
month's rent plus security deposit paid in full before moving in.
